Resources for Student Groups
Media & Technology Services provides media equipment and support for officially recognized Harvard student groups that are organizing events in all FAS buildings. Our equipment and services are not available off campus.
MTS provides support for student events in four ways: equipment rental, self-service use of in-room equipment, equipment setup by a technician, and hiring technicians for special events.
- Equipment Rental Borrowing equipment for events.
- Self-Service Use permanently installed classroom equipment on your own.
- Technician Setup Have an MTS technician setup equipment for your event.
- Hiring a Technician for Special Events Learn about hiring an MTS technician who will operate equipment for the duration of your event.
