MTS - Prep Room Request

You can request support from the Prep Room for your class, review session, or special event meeting in the Science Center by filling out and submitting the form below. You will be contacted by one of our staff to discuss your needs in detail so that we may offer you the full scope of our services.

Be Aware: Your request is not officially entered into our service roster until you have received a confirmation phone call or email from the Prep Room staff.

Lecture Hall Standard Set Up (Contains 2 lab tables exactly like a normal classroom set up)
Conference Set Up #1 (Contains 1 podium & 2 lab tables with or without a rug)
Conference Set Up #2 (Contains 1 podium, with or without a rug, LAB TABLES WILL BE REMOVED)
Conference With Panel Set Up (Contains 1 Podium, 1 rectangular table and panelist chairs)
Debate Set Up (Contains 2 podiums and 1 rectangular table with panelist chairs)
