Personal Response Systems (PRS)
Personal Response Systems allow instructors to poll their students and view the results instantly. The Academic Technology Group (ATG) has partnered with Turning Technologies to support in-class polling for FAS courses. This system does not require any special equipment to be installed in the classroom and can be used in practically any location.
Students have the option of either registering a license (at no cost) to use their web browser or mobile phone to respond to questions or purchasing a clicker. There is no cost for instructors. They can get the software directly on Turning Technologies website and the necessary hardware (Radio Frequency receivers) from ATG.
